Forest girl

Using natural lighting with no light modifiers was incredibly liberating. Skye and I ran about taking pictures of each other, and we did not really have expectations or preconceptions of shots what we wanted, which made the shoot a lot less structured and more fun :) It’s been a long time since I have photographed anything with my DSLR and this was a welcome break to end the photographic drought. Photographing Skye felt reassuringly familiar and being out in the fresh air definitely lifted my mood.

Skye also took some photos of me, but I’m not posting those here.

Briana - i thing skye needs to cut bangs and cut her hair.. with long hair looks too old =)

sab - @Briana Maybe she doesn’t want to look young! I don’t think she looks too old here and from a photographic standpoint, I love her long hair – it’s much more interesting to photograph ;)
