Candy Cult

Visited Candy Cult with Skye a couple of weekends ago to see Chisa’s artworks. The exhibition was really inspiring and cute, featuring a mix of vector and hand-drawn illustrations printed onto thick white cardboard. I love this style of illustration, and it was great to see that most of the pieces were from local artists :) Skye and I pored over each piece and walked out feeling happier.

      It was such a cute and creative exhibition!

      I love how the first photo turned out here, silhouette <3 I think that was before I noticed you taking candids -_-

      okay – im totally going insane. I posted twice on the floating with my camera entry, saying “OMG sab you should go to candy cult! You’d really like it! Luke’s got a piece in there as well!” First time it didn’t appear so I went – okay, thats cool, must have imagined hitting “submit” and so entered it again. Also didnt come up, but thats cool, cos obviously your blog is to cool for me.
      And now you actually went! It’s like I sent out the power of my subconscious to will you to go see it.

      @ Suzanne – My spam filter thought they were spam and I have since fixed it! It seems to be a bit over-zealous :) My blog is definitely not too cool for you!

      I couldn’t NOT go to Candy Cult, as soon as I saw the website on Chisa’s blog I knew I had to go! So ridiculously cute, and right up my alley :D
